The Andes Society for History and Culture is a not for profit educational corporation established in 1975 for the purpose of promoting the history of Andes and the surrounding area and to provide diverse educational and cultural programming. It is located in the historic village of Andes, NY in the heart of the Catskill Mountains.

The Thrift Store at the Fire Hall OPENS
The Thrift Shop will be open May 19th and 20th, and May 26th and May 27th from 11AM to 3PM.
The Shop will then open for the summer season on May 30th.

Andes Community Day

Community Day at The Hunting Tavern

On the second Saturday in August, Andes holds its annual “Community Day,” and the tavern and museum will be among the centers of activity. Events of the day are still being scheduled
